Yesterday I posted simply of working with partners. Same list applies when working with co workers.
And if you’re naturally arrogant, line me, it can be really hard! When asked to highlight the things I’ve done in order to help grow sales I might have said… “Well that’s hard to say, I’ve just done my job.” When pressed to find some of the unique aspects that I’ve done differently from others who didn’t get the same level of growth… “I’m good at it”.
Maybe not the best response but in the moment I was truly at a loss!
