Looking for a new shoulder workout

I’ve been going this shoulder workut that does a number on me! It’s a tough one, and has shown some results. So why am I looking for a change? The workout uses 7.5 lb weights and high repititions which is great for definition and to maintain proper form to  avoid injury. I’m just not sure I’ll build the size of shoulders I’m looking for. It’s also an exhausting workout, 3 time 12 repetitions complete with holding the weights above my head or 15 seconds. Kicks my ass everytime!

I’ll take a look around to see if there is another dumbbell shoulder workout that I can try. If those don’t seem to fit the bill, I’ll come back to this one, I just gotta try!
